Very good service
Very pleased with response regarding shipping delays and likely additional costs. A little matter of Brexit! I was very happy to wait and pleased to read that the cost I was quoted was what I would be paying. The shoes duly arrived ,very well packaged, and were the expected high quality from Mephisto. Very comfortable. An excellent buying experience which I will repeat.

I will never buy from this place again
I will never buy from this place again! I returned a pair of shoes, I wore for maybe a total of 2 hours at work and decided that they were too small. I work in a surgery.....this company said I damaged the inner soles and they had to be replaced, so they charged me $29.99 off of my return money. That wasn’t even possible! I’m on my feet all day long, so I need shoes that fit!
First-time customer, first-class service
I used Shoes International to purchase my Hotter Shoes and must say my experience with this company can only be described as first class from the ordering to the delivery by Parcel Force. I could not fault the service in any way and will not hesitate to use them again, as these shoes were supurb value compared to local shoe shops.
Great Service
I have bought shoes from Shoes International 2 years ago and have contacted them now as was looking for the same pair of shoes. I was amazed by the level of the customer service they provide. They went an extra mile and contacted the manufacture on my behalf. Unfortunately the shoes were discontinued but I have such a great feeling after communication with Lynne from Shoes International. I am very grateful for all time she has spent to assist me.

this is my first order with this company and so far I'm not impressed as clicking on their link, or signing in, says it is not safe to use...so am unsure as how to track this order. given 1* so far as am waiting , thankfully I use PayPal, so if I have not heard anything by next week then i can claim money back...never use your card!

Personal service, just how it should be.
I ordered some boots after mine were lost, Shoes International were getting some in stock so I ordered them. I was kept informed how my order was progressing and when the boots were delivered there was a hand written message on a compliment slip inside saying that they hoped everything was okay.
I actually phoned them to thank them for the personal service, it was very much appreciated.

Cheapest Dr Marten Lyric shoes!
My daughter wanted the black patent doc martin lyric flatform style shoes for school, but we couldn't find them in the shops in a size 5. We stumbled upon shoes international while searching online where they had them in stock for £10.00 less than everywhere else.
The shoes are great, they were delivered quickly and well packaged! Fantastic service and product.

great customer service
Contacted customer service as boots hadn't been despatched. They contacted manufacturer as order was coming from them. Manufacturer said there was a delay of about 1 week as the batch of boots i ordered hadn't been made yet. Customer service offered me a refund if i didn't want to wait for order but i decided to wait and they kept me up to date with order. The order was despatched on time.
Excellent and efficient service
As someone who really likes Waldlaufer shoes, it was great to see that they were available from your website. You saved me a trip to Germany to replenish my shoe wardrobe!!! Added to this was your very efficient and friendly service and attention to detail.
The handwritten note included in the delivery was also appreciated.

Top service
The doc martens i wanted were not in stock, which i was informed of straight away. I was told they would be with me in 5-7 days, and 5 days later they arrived promptly and well packaged. Not only is the customer service excellent but so is the price point. The shoes i bought were not in a sale but i saved £18 compared to high street prices! This site is the one i will search first for new shoes.

There were no issues with dispatching or the quality of the item itself, my problem is having to pay for return postage. I ordered boots which I was sure would fit as I already own two pairs of the same brand. Sadly they didn't as they were extremely wide in the calf (and I don't have skinny legs!!) so I had to return them. It cost me £12.99...essentially £12.99 to try on a pair of boots. For this reason I will not be ordering from them again. Sorry!

A very happy experience shopping with Shoes International!
I found staff very helpful on the phone when I was seeking advice about my choice of footwear and I was able place my order online easily. My Mephisto sandals arrived more promptly than I expected. They fitted exactly and answered my need for more support to relieve the problems with sore feet I have been experiencing this year. Things have been much better since I have been wearing the sandals. So I am one happy customer!

Impressive hassle free service
I bought some Ecco sandals. The price was good, they arrived as indicated, well packed. Unfortunately they didn't fit, so I contacted Shoes International re refund. They responded immediately and emailed me the form I needed. I returned the sandals and received a confirmation email and the full refund on my CC the day they arrived. I will certainly buy from Shoes International again, but I will find somewhere to try the shoes on before I do!

delivered early + prompt refund for wrong size
All communication with the company was professional and their service impeccable. The package arrived a day earlier than promised. Unfortunately, the boots didn't quite fit me, but upon receipt of my returned package, Shoes International swiftly refunded me the purchase price. Although I now have doubts around finding and fitting shoes via online shopping, the problem most certainly wasn't to do with the company.
